Rehaan Kothari

Hi, I am Rehaan Kothari, and my greatest asset is my curious nature! I see the world as a gigantic puzzle waiting to be unraveled. My favorite instruments for experimentation, research, and innovation are physics and mathematics. Being a Cambridge World Topper in Maths, I like learning about how numbers and logic affect the world we live in and economics is interesting to me because it explains how the real world works. Outside of school, I am passionate about sports, such as martial arts, where I have achieved till Black Belt 3, football and cricket. I also enjoy playing the guitar because it provides me with a different rhythm to express my creativity. All projects, whether it is research, innovation or social impact, seem like an adventure to me because I believe that curiosity leads to the creativity.

Life at JNIS

As an IB Diploma student at Jamnabai Narsee International School, I have always approached learning as a journey of exploration and growth. My academic path has been defined by curiosity, discipline, and a love for analytical thinking. Being recognized as a Cambridge World Topper in Mathematics and ranking within the top 3 percentile of STEM students globally has strengthened my passion for problem-solving and deepened my interest in understanding how logic and numbers shape the world around us.

Beyond academics, I’ve been actively engaged in social awareness campaigns and crowdfunding initiatives, working to create meaningful impact in my community through collaboration and empathy. I also find balance and motivation through sports, regularly participating in football, cricket, and running, which have taught me teamwork, resilience, and focus.

My enthusiasm for learning extends to global dialogue and cultural exchange — I’ve participated in international programs such as the International Young Conference (IYC)and the Europe Meets India (EUMID) Project, which broadened my worldview and helped me connect with diverse perspectives.

Being part of Jamnabai Narsee International School has been a truly transformative experience — one that has shaped my identity as a thinker, leader, and global citizen, always eager to challenge myself and contribute meaningfully to the world around me.
